This unfinished engineered oak flooring is 21mm thick, made from 15mm Eucalyptus plywood underside that is bonded to a full 6mm French oak wear layer, which is itself a single strip 240mm wide. Boards are 1900mm long, normally 4 boards at this length & 4 boards at a cut length. So an impressive size all round that will impress within any size room, large or small. Our unfinished 21x240mm engineered oak flooring is suitable to be installed over under floor heating when the correct acclimatisation, installation and maintenance guidelines are followed. Our full range of engineered boards do not have a softwood core, and instead are all backed by high quality plywood. This means they are strong enough to be fitted using any of the three common methods of gluing down, nailing down or floating. Unfinished engineered oak flooring allows you to create a variety of looks; from a modern, contemporary look in your home or venue through to darker, deeper tones that can create a more ‘lived in’ or antique appearance for your finished floor.
