Noblesse takes its name from ‘noble rot’, a winemaking process which accentuates sugar, and reduces water content in grapes, making them perfect for sweet wine production.This wine is 100% Semillon, with citrus, nutty and honey notes on the nose. The palate is refreshingly sweet with tangy passion fruit and litchi flavours.
